Verification note
PROTOCOL SPLIT: over plain http, rockymountva.org lands on the unbranded CivicPlus host va-rockymount.civicplus.com; only https serves the town's own branded site. TOURISM CONTENT LIVES ON A SEPARATE DOMAIN: discoverrockymount.com, which publishes no phone, email or staff (contact form only). Daniel Pinard, his title and 540-488-2023 are confirmed in the town staff directory, as is dpinard@rockymountva.org; the phone field uses the town's general line 540-483-7660 per the general-over-direct rule, so the file's number is his department line rather than the main public number.
