Where it says it works
Town of Lebanon, Virginia — county seat of Russell County in Southwest Virginia, "the heart of Southwest Virginia."
Verification note
TITLE SHORTER THAN FILE: the departments page lists Shane Farmer only as "Director of Parks and Recreation" — no "& The Russell Theatre". His address lebrecdir@gmail.com and line (276) 883-5084 are confirmed, but that is a personal/departmental line, so the town's general number (276) 889-7200 (405 W. Main St., PO Drawer 309) is recorded instead. The file's second address jhalsey@lebanonva.net appears nowhere on the site. No general or tourism email (info@/tourism@) is published, so the email field is blank. The site returns HTTP 406 to some automated clients but renders normally.
