Waters Edge brings the urban winery model to Midlothian
A 7,400-square-foot winery, bistro and event venue opened on Chartermark Drive in Chesterfield County on Aug. 17, the California franchise's first Richmond-area location and its second in Virginia. About 30 people work there, and on-site production is coming.
